Our Beliefs and Values
What We Do
We run outdoor group fitness classes that cater for people of all ages and levels of fitness. We are based at St. Helen’s Park, in the heart of Prospect, in Adelaide.
Every workout is challenging and different, involving cardio, strength and gymnastics movements, so you will never get bored of the same ol’ same ol’ stuff.
Our workouts are 100% functional-based, meaning you will be more effective and productive in your everyday life. We use Kettlebells, Slam Balls, Medicine Balls, Battle Ropes, Sand Bags and other odd objects that will make you sweat it out and crush your health and fitness goals in the meantime.
No experience or base-line level of fitness is needed. Just pick a class from our timetable, jump right in and work at your own pace, along-side a supportive and motivating group of like-minded people.
As a team and family, we believe that no-person is broken, damaged or done; rather that fitness is a life-long journey and we’re all at different stages.
We understand that everyone has busy lives and can’t always get to the gym when we want. Our program focuses on key principles to ensure you get the best results from maximum effort in minimal time.
Our group fitness programs are built around a tribe of like-minded people who want to give themselves the best possible body and mind. When you join our tribe, you’ll have fun, sweat it out, and feel safe in a community environment.
We are good at what we do, but we are also real. So come as you are, whether it be in your favourite Lorna Jane or Nike active wear or an old T-shirt with your kid’s puke stains on it. We want you to know that we’ve got your back and we can’t wait to coach you through the next stage of your fitness journey.
Our mantra is to build authentic, functional, life-long fitness in every person who joins with us.
Where We’re Headed
Our vision is simple. We aim to create communities that give more and get more out of life.
We follow three core values to shape our culture and ensure you get the most out of every workout.
- Community – We respect each other’s beliefs, choices and talents, inspire each other and work together to achieve results that could not otherwise be accomplished on our own.
- Commitment – We commit to making health and fitness a priority, every day.
- Courage – We are ready and willing to learn new skills, challenge our mindsets and push-ourselves harder than we did yesterday.
