Fitness is a journey and we are all at different stages. Outdoor Grit is just as beneficial to those at square one as well as seasoned athletes. There’s no weight or skill level and certainly no judgment for you to join our tribe. If you’ve made it this far, you’re here to take the next step. Join with us!

We make the at-home workouts really simple so you only need a few pieces of gear, including two Kettlebells (a light and a heavy weight), a jump rope and a box (such as a plyo box or even a step, bench or a solid chair). Each of these items can be purchased relatively cheap either through K-Mart, Rebel Sport or online – if you need something cheaper, Gumtree is a great place to pick-up bargains on fitness gear.

You can reach out anytime you need to speak to a coach for help, advice, tips, etc. Feel free to email us with your specific questions and needs at admin@outdoorgrit.com.au or use our private Facebook Members page as we have a community of coaches who can provide input.

No lock-in contract periods apply to all of our membership plans.

Daily WODs and at-home workouts are programmed to be 40 minutes including a warm-up and cool-down.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade anytime without additional fees. Just send us an email at admin@outdoorgrit.com.au to change your plan and we’ll take care of the rest.

Although we don’t want to lose any members, if you want to cancel, that’s cool. Simply email us at admin@outdoorgrit.com.au with your full name and request to cancel. Please allow 4 weeks for the payments to cease.

Injuries, illnesses and life circumstance change – we get that! We allow up to 2 membership holds in any 12-month period. Memberships can be placed on hold for up to 3 months at a time. If you need to place your membership on hold for longer, we may need to cancel your membership plan.

We offer a free group-based intro session to anyone who wants to try us out and see what we’re all about. There is no obligation to sign-up after your free intro session.
