Group-based fitness is for those of us who can and want to get fit along-side a group of supportive, friendly and inspiring people who share common interests and goals. Our workout of the day (or WOD for short) is always time-efficient and highly effective that can be scalable to suit you where you’re at in your fitness journey. Each WOD will challenge you to improve your strength and fitness, develop new found skills and leave you feeling on top of the world.
Our Group WODs are held at St. Helen’s Park in Prospect. Each session is led by our high-calibre coaching team who are there to teach, support and encourage you to achieve your best.
Our session times are scheduled regularly throughout the week and on Saturday mornings. We post the WODs to you using your customised Zen Planner app the night before so you can mentally prepare for what’s in store the next day.
