We’re big on the process and love to celebrate the progress. The programming methodology we use will provide you with the tools, knowledge and grit to create a better lifestyle for you – one that is without restriction or dependence on other people or physical aids.

I’m coach Dan and I represent the less intelligent and visually pleasing half of Dayna.
Sport and fitness have always been huge in my life. When I was two years old I broke my leg; but that didn’t stop me from kicking a soccer ball around the backyard using my cast. Some 40 years later, I can’t lay on a beach for hours and you won’t find me on a chilled tropical cruise. Instead, I’d rather run a trail, work out in a CrossFit gym or swim the open water.
I love doing different stuff whether it be endurance, strength, gymnastics or all three at once. General physical fitness is my thing and I use it to be a better dad, husband and person to the world. My goals are to be the world’s most awesome great granddad and show my kids that great health and fitness provides a foundation for a life of wild and uncapped adventures.
I coach athletes, write programs and love learning about fitness, nutrition and human movement.

I am a super busy (who isn’t?!) mum of three amazing children. My days consist of wrangling kids, consuming caffeine, bookwork, CrossFitting, consuming more caffeine, running late for school pick up, cooking a delicious dinner that only half the family eats, more bookwork, and quality time with hubby once the little people are in bed.
When I have a morsel of time to myself, I love to shop, dine at restaurants and cafes, create in my kitchen, spend time in the veggie garden, and see what everyone is up to on Facebook.
My goals include improving my overall fitness through regular, functional exercise, embedding a love of nutrition and healthy eating in my children (and anyone else who will listen for that matter!), and getting to bed before 10pm!
